Golf-grade work, available on contract.
Most of our crew came from golf course construction and maintenance. When the project demands more than a residential touch — a tee box rebuild, a multi-acre estate, an HOA common-area regrade — that's the team showing up.
The reason residential work looks the way it does is the same reason we can step up to course-grade work.
We approach every property — residential or course — the same way: walk it, identify what the finished result needs to feel like, scope the work in detail, run it on a tight schedule with the right equipment, and verify the finish before we leave.
On a course, that means coordinating around the play schedule, working between rounds where necessary, and finishing to a standard the superintendent doesn’t have to redo. On an estate, it means showing up with the equipment you actually need on a 5-acre lot — not a contractor’s truck and a hope.
“The difference between a finished course and a passable one is the same difference between a finished property and a serviced one. We’re trained to see it.”
— The Aceves Crew
Work we take on under specialty contract.
Tee Box Construction & Rebuild
Excavation, drainage, sand-cap, finish-grading, and sod or seed install. Turn-key teebox replacement on a course timeline.
Bunker Work
Bunker rebuilds, drainage corrections, sand replacement, and edge restoration. We work to course architect specs or our own assessment.
Fairway Grading Touch-Ups
Settling correction, drainage swales, and high-spot regrading. We work between play windows and around the course's maintenance calendar.
Irrigation Assists
Trenching, head replacement, controller pulls, and small line work in support of your irrigation contractor or grounds team.
Sod Installation
Sod for tee boxes, fairway repairs, surrounds, and clubhouse landscapes. Direct relationships with regional sod farms.
Estate-Scale Residential
Multi-acre property care, mature landscape preservation, hardscape coordination, and ongoing maintenance contracts.
