Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?

Not when done properly. Wood siding and old paint get soft-washed (low pressure, chemistry does the work). Vinyl and brick handle higher pressure. Wrong pressure on the wrong surface absolutely can damage — which is why technique matters.

How often should I wash my house?

Every 2–3 years for most Northern Illinois homes. North-facing walls collect green algae faster and may need annual attention. Drives and patios usually annually.

Do you wash decks before staining?

Yes — we offer pre-stain wash and brightening. We don't stain ourselves but we'll prep the deck so a stain crew can come in the next day.

What about gutter cleaning?
