These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
