Earthwork & Material Moving
Dirt, rock, gravel, grading — the heavy work that quietly fixes everything else.
A surprising number of landscape problems are actually grading problems — water that pools against the foundation, beds that wash out every spring, drives that puddle. We run skid steers, compact track loaders, mini-excavators, and dump trailers, so we can move serious material on residential lots without tearing up the rest of the property. Whether it's a few yards of topsoil for a new lawn or a complete regrade for drainage, we have the equipment and the operators.

Our process for earthwork.
- STEP 01
Site evaluation
Walk the property in dry and (ideally) wet conditions to identify drainage and grading issues.
- STEP 02
Engineering review
On larger projects, we coordinate with a civil engineer if scope warrants it.
- STEP 03
Material delivery and move
Stage material, move with the right equipment for the access — skid steer to mini-ex.
- STEP 04
Final grade and restore
Final grading, seed/sod restoration of any disturbed areas, walk-through with you.
